Note: We may contact you via email to submit documents related to your business or personal identity before/during hosting activations. Please act with due dilligence. We are NOT liable if someone else contacts claiming our website/domain/company.

Prices are subjective to change and will be updated if/when revised.

1. Cancellation Requests
  • Customers may request a cancellation within 30 days from the date of payment for eligible web hosting services.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via support email with the account details, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  • If a customer cancels their hosting service after 30 days, no refund will be issued.
2. Refunds
  • Refunds are available ONLY for hosting plans, and not for other services/items such as setup fee, template offers, etc.
  • Refunds will be made ONLY to the original payment method used at the time of payment.
  • Approved requests are generally processed within 10 - 14 working days.
3. No Refunds
  • If the account is suspended or terminated due to violations.
  • If the request is made after 30 days.
  • If the request is for a plan change (Upgrade or downgrade).

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
